DESCRIPTION:<p>Giovanni Tusa's seminar will focus on a critical reading of Martin Heidegger's famous text &ldquo\;The Origin Of The Work Of Art&rdquo\;.</p>\n<p>Our reading will not simply attempt to restore Heidegger's text to its dimension of a fundamental work towards a philosophy of art as a way for overcoming Western metaphysics\, but will also try to liberate its hidden connections with possible futures for ecological thought. It will not\, therefore\, be a systematic reading\, but a contextual one\, which will illuminate the influences and irradiations ‒ without forgetting the obscure ones ‒ of&nbsp\; this controversial and enigmatic text.</p>
