DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Call for papers:</strong>&nbsp\;Relations between Language\, Truth\, and Logic</p>\n<p><strong>Journal:</strong>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><em>Tesis</em></p>\n<p><a target="_blank">https://revistasinvestigacion.unmsm.edu.pe/index.php/tesis/issue/view/1511</a></p>\n<p><strong>Topics and areas:</strong></p>\n<p>The international academic community is invited to participate in the next issue of the&nbsp\;<em>Tesis</em>&nbsp\;journal\, with an article that will be part of a philosophy dossier.&nbsp\;The journal&nbsp\;<em>Tesis</em>&nbsp\;belongs to the Postgraduate Unit of the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos\, from Peru.</p>\n<p>This dossier aims to establish a dialogue on the relationships between language\, truth&nbsp\;and logic\, based on the articulation of recent research and the discussion of these&nbsp\;relationships from contemporary problems. In this way\, this dossier will allow us to know&nbsp\;and identify areas of current philosophical interest\, which will be exposed in a popular&nbsp\;tone\, but with a technical language.</p>\n<p>The areas and topics of this call include\, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p>&nbsp\; -&nbsp\;Epistemology</p>\n<p>&nbsp\; - Philosophy of logic and mathematics<br> &nbsp\; -&nbsp\;Epistemology of logic<br> &nbsp\; -&nbsp\;Philosophy of language<br> &nbsp\; -&nbsp\;Semantics and philosophy<br> &nbsp\; -&nbsp\;Theories of truth<br> &nbsp\; -&nbsp\;Theories of meaning<br> &nbsp\; -&nbsp\;Philosophy of science<br> &nbsp\; -&nbsp\;History of science<br> &nbsp\; -&nbsp\;History of Latin American logic</p>\n<p><strong>Languages:</strong></p>\n<p>English\, Spanish\, Portuguese\, German\, French\, and Italian.</p>\n<p><br> <strong>Article characteristics:</strong></p>\n<p>Short article (approximately 10 to 15 pages\, or up to 20 pages)\, whose content is unpublished and original. Submit essays in Microsoft Word. Text is&nbsp\;single spaced\, 12 point font size. Citations and bibliographic references must conform to&nbsp\;the APA style (7th edition). Articles must include title\, abstract (maximum 200 words)\,&nbsp\;and keywords in the language of the article and in English.
