In 2022\, the Ren&eacute\; Descartes Lecturer is Professor Cheshire Calhoun (Arizona State University). Professor Calhoun will deliver three lectures on the topic Responsible Persons. Each lecture will be followed by an invited commentary by renowned scholars: Professor Gunnar Bj&ouml\;rnsson (Stockholm University\, Sweden)\, Dr Jules Holroyd (University of Sheffield\, UK) and Professor Heidi Maibom (University of Cincinnati\, USA). More researchers will present on the topic Taking Responsibility during the workshops following each lecture and commentary.</p>
