Global Philosophy of Religion Project\, University of Birmingham: \;https://www.global-philosophy.org/
\nA seminar for researchers and postgraduate students who wish to publish in international journals in philosophy of religion.
\nAbout this event
\nThis seminar is organized mainly for doctoral students and early-career researchers who wish to publish papers in English-speaking philosophy of religion journals. The seminar has two parts: In the first part\, the current and former editors of a leading philosophy of religion journal\, Faith and Philosophy\, offer overviews of their readership and submission processes. The effective ways of structuring and presenting papers and improving them considering referees' feedback will be discussed as well. The seminar will consist of a series of Q&\;A based on the questions that will be collected from the attendees through the registration form and social media. In the second part of the seminar\, the English Language Support Grants of the Global Philosophy of Religion Project will be introduced to the attendees. These grants aim to support non-native English speakers who wish to publish their philosophy of religion papers on the project themes in the English language. There will be Q&\;A at the end of this part too.
