The deadline for submissions is April 15\, 2013.<br><br> The aim of PACT is to create a platform for philosophical dialogue on the West Coast. The annual conference alternates between Seattle (Seattle University)\, Hawai&rsquo\;i (University of Hawai&rsquo\;i\, Hilo) and San Francisco (University of San Francisco).
