On Friday evening there will be a conference dinner. A more detailed program will be made available in due time.</p>\n<p><strong>Submission types</strong></p>\n<p>There are 2 submission types for this conference:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Single paper by senior researcher or PhD student</li>\n<li>Panel proposal consisting of 3 or 4 paper around the same topic&nbsp\;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In case the reviewers find one or more abstracts in a panel proposal to be of insufficient quality\, the remaining paper(s) may instead be accepted as a smaller panel or a single paper.</p>\n<p><strong>How to submit your abstract / panel proposal</strong></p>\n<p>Abstracts and panel proposals should be submitted through our on-line submission site\, which will open in the course of March at&nbsp\;http://www.conftool.com/ozsw_conference_2013. Please make an account at this site\, which will then enable you to submit. You will be asked to provide the following information:&nbsp\;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your name\, affiliation and e-mail address</li>\n<li>A title for the paper(s)</li>\n<li>An abstract for the paper(s)\, of 500 to 1000 words</li>\n<li>An indication of the OZSW section(s) to which the paper belongs&nbsp\;(theoretical philosophy\, history of philosophy\, ethics &amp\; practical philosophy\, or none of these)</li>\n<li>One or more topics&nbsp\;(see list\, plus possibility to add topic not mentioned)</li>\n<li>3-5 key words</li>\n<li>Optional: up to 10 literature references per paper</li>\n<li>For panel proposals only: a title for / description of the panel theme (max. 250 words)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>All submissions will be reviewed by a committee of OZSW philosophers.</p>\n<p><strong>Registration &amp\; fees</strong></p>\n<p>The early-bird-registration fees for the conference will be as follows:</p>\n<p>OZSW members:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research Master students:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&euro\; 75\,00</li>\n<li>&nbsp\;PhD students:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&euro\; 100\,00</li>\n<li>senior:&nbsp\;&euro\; 150\,00</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Non-OZSW:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>PhD &amp\; master students:&nbsp\;&euro\; 125\,00</li>\n<li>Senior researchers:&nbsp\;&euro\; 200\,00</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The OZSW is currently working on its membership policy. We expect that criteria on who can become a member\, information on membership fees and a registration form will be available towards the end of March at&nbsp\;www.ozsw.nl/membership.</p>\n<p>More information on how to register for the conference will be made available at the conference website (http://www.ozsw.nl/ozsw-conference-2013/) in due time.</p>\n<p><strong>About the OZSW</strong></p>\n<p>The&nbsp\;<em>Nederlandse Onderzoeksschool Wijsbegeerte</em>&nbsp\;(OZSW)\, or the Dutch Research School of Philosophy\, was established at the end of 2012. It incorporates the former Onderzoeksschool Ethiek (OZSE). The OZSW is an initiative of 11 departments at Dutch universities doing research in philosophy. Its general purpose is to strengthen the discipline of philosophy by promoting and facilitating collaboration between the participating universities in the areas of research and the training of young researchers (PhD students and Research Master students).
