DESCRIPTION:<p>The&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Horizon 2020 European Commission funded research project&nbsp\;<a href="http://peritia-trust.eu/">PERITIA</a>&nbsp\;is organising an in person/hybrid conference on the&nbsp\;&nbsp\;ethical&nbsp\;&nbsp\;issues relevant to trust and expertise.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;The conference will focus on ethics and normative issues relevant to public trust\, the nature of expertise\,&nbsp\;&nbsp\;and the role of experts in public life and politics.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Topics of interest to the project include\, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p>The normative dimensions of trust</p>\n<p>The value of trust (and distrust)</p>\n<p>The ethical requirements of trust</p>\n<p>The Wh of trust?
