DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>WHEN?</strong> 15th and 16th November 2022</p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION:</strong> abstract (approx. 500 words) by <strong>July 31\, 2022</strong></p>\n<p><strong>E-MAIL:</strong>filozofski.simpozij@gmail.com</p>\n\n<p>The Department of Philosophy (Faculty of Arts\, University of Maribor)\, its students\, and The Slovenian Society for Analytic Philosophy (DAF) are honoured to invite any graduate and PhD students to the <strong>seventh annual international Philosophy Students&rsquo\; Symposium</strong>. </p>\n\n<p>The event will take place on the 15th and 16th of November 2022. </p>\n\n<p>In order to apply you must send us an abstract of your work\, approximately <strong>500 words</strong> long (suitable for a 20&ndash\;30 min presentation). Send your abstract and your personal information (name\, surname\, department\, faculty\, university\, e-mail\, degree) in two separate files (.doc or .docx)\, ready for a blind review\, by <strong>July 31</strong>\, to the following e-mail: <a href="mailto:filozofski.simpozij@gmail.com">filozofski.simpozij@gmail.com</a>. </p>\n\n<p><strong>The topic this year is limited to <u>social problems from all possible angles (practical ethics\, social epistemology\, etc.) within the analytic tradition</u>. We would appreciate it if the abstracts sent were in the English language\, as that will be the official working language of the conference.</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Conference fee is 10&euro\;.</u></strong></p>\n\n<p>The selection of papers eligible for the presentation will have been made by <strong>September 10</strong>\, when all the accepted applicants will be notified.</p>\n\n<p><strong>If enough participants will be interested\, they will be given an opportunity to publish their work in a peer reviewed student compendium\, reviewed by Faculty professors. </strong></p>\n\n<p>Please\, if you have any further questions\, do not hesitate to contact us.
