DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>CALL FOR PAPERS</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Virginia Philosophical Association</strong></p>\n<p>Papers are invited for presentation at the 74th meeting of the Virginia Philosophical Association\, to be held at&nbsp\;George Mason University&nbsp\;in&nbsp\;Fairfax\, VA\, October 18-19\, 2013.</p>\n<p>Papers of no more than 4500 words\, with a brief abstract\, should be prepared for blind review. E-mail the paper\, by&nbsp\;<strong>July 5th\, 2013\,</strong>&nbsp\;to Peter Sutton at PASutton@vuu.edu\, with the subject-line "VPA Submission".</p>\n<p>Indications of interest in <em>commenting</em> on a paper are most welcome. Please send a note describing your affiliation and areas of expertise to the above address by July 5th\, 2013.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The meeting runs from Friday afternoon to Saturday lunch time. &nbsp\;It is open to philosophers from every state and nation\, but special consideration will be given to papers&nbsp\;from Virginia. There is no registration fee\, nor is there a charge for the banquet on Friday evening.</p>\n<p>Please join us on October 18-19 at George Mason University!</p>\n
