This meeting will discuss some recent developments in epistemology. Many different topics from many different philosophical perspectives will be addressed in connection to the relationship between knowledge and agency. The participants will discuss, among others, the following topics: knowledge as an epistemic achievement, epistemic authority, epistemological constraints on agency, the nature of knowing-how, different aspects of our perceptual consciousness of the world and self-knowledge from the point of view of agency.

The workshop is organized by Jesús Vega-Encabo (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain) and Fernando Broncano (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain)
