CALL FOR PAPERS:   A forthcoming special issue of the Journal of Military Ethics will focus on the ethics of cyberwarfare. 

Guest editor: Bradley Jay Strawser  

Please consider submitting a paper for this special issue. All papers on topics pertaining to the ethics of cyber war are welcome.  (Papers in ethics, law, political philosophy, social philosophy, human rights, and the like will all be considered, so long as the focus of the paper is on cyber war, cyber-weapons, or cyber-harm; at the state, group, or individual level.)  

Authors can submit either a paper proposal (at least 500 words; more is better) or a completed paper, with greatest consideration given to complete papers or detailed proposals.  

Deadline for paper proposals: July 2nd, 2012.

Deadline for completed papers: August 1st, 2012. (Already completed papers will be accepted for consideration at any time up until August 1st.)  


Note: Final paper length must be approximately 8,000 words or less.
