The Journal of Philosophical Criticism (JPC) - ISSN 2533-0675 - a double-blind peer review online academic journal, published by Menabò Publishing House, invites submission of papers on the topic: 

Equality and Freedom

The contributions, whose maximum length should be no more than 10,000 words, are accepted in English, Spanish, and French, and have to be submitted via the online journal system at journalpc.org.

As an Open Access journal, JPC makes its published content freely accessible, with no subscription. In order to maintain this view, JPC can charge authors an APC (article processing charge), should a paper be accepted for final publishing. The APC amount and policies are stated at journalpc.org and usually are discounted, according to the length, formatting style and content of the submission. 

Each published article receives a DOI number and a permanent digital repository. It is also indexed by several search engines and portals.
