Undergraduate reasearch conferences are the perfect opportunity for students who wish to go onto graduate school or have a deep interest in philosophy.

Our conference will provide participants with a welcoming academic community where students can practise articulating research, harness your research skills, and learn from faculty members on how to improve these skills.

Every year we invite a keynote speaker who’s work has been influential in contemporary philosophy. This opportunity provides undergraduates with the chance to interact and learn from philosophers at the highest levels in academia.

Our conference is open to all undergraduate students.

No specific academic background is required.

The Huron Philosphy Society will NOT reinburse any travel expenses for chosen participants and their advisors outside of the London area.

We consider ALL eligible papers from ALL students

Papers must have a philosphical focus or question but they can be about any area of research   Chosen students will be given the opportunity to present their research in a 15-20 minute speech along with a Q/A. More information will be given in the outgoing emails.

Participants choosen to present papers will be notified by March 8th at the latest.
