Details

The Undergraduate Philosophy Journal of Australasia (UPJA) is currently seeking submissions for our next issue, both original articles and critical reply pieces to articles published in previous issues. We are also seeking referee applications from interested students.

With the generous support of the Australasian Association of Philosophy (AAP), we will award two cash prizes for Volume 2, Issue 2: Best Paper (Overall) and Best Paper (Written by a Member of an Underrepresented Group in Philosophy).

We accept submissions from current undergraduates, including Honours students, or those who have recently graduated from any university worldwide. UPJA only publishes the highest quality papers, but rarely rejects submissions prior to review, ensuring that authors are provided with valuable feedback.

Referee applications are open to students of all levels and recent graduates from institutions worldwide. This is a great chance to learn more about the publication process. You will be recognised for your contribution in the front pages of the journal. No prior experience is needed and guidelines will be provided.

Submissions and applications from women and other members of underrepresented groups in philosophy, including those for whom English is not their first language, are particularly encouraged.

The deadline is September 13th, 23:59 AEST (UTC +10).
