DESCRIPTION:<p>The OSU Philosophy Department is excited to announce the first biennial Heinzig-McMillan Student Conference.&nbsp\;The conference is on May 15\, 2026 in Stillwater\, Oklahoma.</p>\n\n<p>We welcome submissions in any area of philosophy from advanced undergraduate and graduate students. Please submit abstracts up to 1500 words to philo@okstate.edu&nbsp\;by April 15 for full consideration. The best student paper will be awarded a prize of $500. Limited travel funds are available for student presenters. For more information\, email&nbsp\;shannon.spaulding@okstate.edu</p>\n\n<p>This year's keynote talk will be given by Prof.&nbsp\;Eric Funkhouser\, University of Arkansas on "AI-Enabled Self-Deception".&nbsp\;The program will be posted when it has been determined.</p>
