The Graduate Philosophical Association (GPA) of the University of Oklahoma (OU) invites folks intending to apply to graduate programs in Philosophy to send in their writing samples for our annual Writing Sample Workshop. Students whose papers are accepted have the opportunity to present their papers and will receive constructive feedback from OU graduate students in the form a working group.
\nWe invite papers on any topic (Max 6000 words\, including footnotes). Please also include a short statement of intent. Preference will be given to folks applying to the University of Oklahoma's graduate program. Accomodation and rides to/from the airport \;

Students whose papers are accepted will have the opportunity to workshop their papers and receive constructive feedback from OU graduate students in an intensive one-day session. Participants will also have the opportunity to brainstorm their cover letters and statement of purpose\, with guidance from members of the Admissions Committee. \;
\nWe invite papers on any topic (Max 6000 words\, including footnotes and bibliography). Preference will be given to students applying to the University of Oklahoma's philosophy graduate program Please also include a short statement of intent (1-2 paragraphs). \;
\nAccommodation for Friday and Saturday night\, as well as meals on Saturday\, will be provided. \;We are also able to offer an application fee waiver for succesful applicants. Unfortunately\, we are not able to provide support for travel. \;
