Call for Papers: 3rd Duke-UNC Epistemology Workshop
\nDuke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invite graduate students and early career scholars to submit extended abstracts in any area of epistemology for presentation at the 3rd \; Duke-UNC Epistemology Workshop. The workshop will be held in person at Duke University on December 4th/5th 2026.

\nPlease submit abstracts in .doc or .pdf format prepared for blind review. Submissions should include an extended abstract of up to 500 words with the paper&rsquo\;s title as the first page. Papers should be suitable for a 45-minute presentation. Some partial funding may be available to defray travel costs for presenters. \;

\nWe invite completed paper drafts from graduate students on any topic in the fields of political theory\, political philosophy\, the history of political thought\, or related disciplines. We particularly welcome submissions that will relate to the interests of our intellectual community and engage a broad audience. Accepted participants will be provided with lodging during the conference. Limited funding will be available for travel reimbursement. \;
\nIn addition to bringing together graduate students from different institutions\, this conference offers participants the opportunity to receive feedback on their work from scholars in the field. Each selected paper will have its own faculty discussant drawn from Duke or the broader Research Triangle area. Participants are expected to attend the entire conference. \;
\nTo apply\, please submit a full draft of your paper up to 10\,000 words long as a PDF. The paper should be formatted for blind review with no identifying information.
