The University of Pennsylvania chapter of MAP (Minorities and Philosophy) is pleased to announce a one-day summer colloquium on Philosophy of Disability and Illness. Topics might include disability and/or illness-related conceptual and normative issues in philosophy of law, in medical ethics, in bioethics, in general ethics, in the history of philosophy, in social and political philosophy, in social epistemology, in one’s personal experiences as a philosopher, and in philosophy teaching practices. 

The colloquium will take place online on August 13th. MAP-Penn is working to make the event as accessible as possible. Please check our website for updates and additional information.
