A particular emphasis will be placed on addressing the following questions:
- What is the distinction between type-1 and type-2 blindsight? Are they part of the same phenomenon?
- Are the residual capacities seen in type-2 blindsight subserved by the same pathways as in blindsight?
- Are the 'feelings', that blindsighted subjects report in type-2 cases, visual, conceptual, or based on something else (interoception, for example)?
