The Abraham Kuyper Center for Science and the Big Questions is delighted to host a Summer Seminar on Scientific Progress: Individual and Collective. This three-day event will take place this August 24-26 at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.

What is scientific progress? In which ways do the individual and collective interact in scientific progress? And how can we cooperate to effectively respond to threats to scientific progress such as hyper-competition, fraud and questionable research practices?

We will discuss these and other questions about scientific progress with an interdisciplinary group of international speakers, including James Evans, Hanne Andersen, Aydin Mohseni and Duygu Uygun-Tunç. Would you like to contribute to this exciting exchange between different disciplines and perspectives? Seize the opportunity and register here now: https://bit.ly/3PyRdSZ
