Details

Florida State University’s chapter of the Minorities and Philosophy Club invites you to its Annual Graduate Philosophy Conference to be held on Friday, March 3, 2023.

We are one of over 180 chapters of MAP (http://www.mapforthegap.com/). Our is to address structural injustices in academic philosophy and to remove barriers that impede participation in academic philosophy for members of marginalized groups. Towards this end, this conference is an opportunity both for graduate students from marginalized populations and addressing issues of marginalization in philosophy to present their work.

Our keynote speaker this year will be Briana Toole, Associate Professor of Philosophy, Claremont McKenna College.

Please see the CFA page for information about submissions.

Any questions or concerns should be directed to Gabriel Tugendstein at [email protected]
