This Winter School on Wittgenstein’s Tractatus, in its Centenary year, aims to provide a new outlook to its participants. The aim is to read and reflect on some of the new texts written in this century. Mostly the authors of these works will be the resource persons, and occasional lectures and tutorials will be given to clarify doubts and further analyze the concepts.
The duration of the school is eight days. The last day will be for presentations by the participants.
The school will be held from 9th January to17th January 2023. The school will include lectures, discussions, tutorials and library sessions by the participants.
The school will invite excellent scholars who have worked in the area of early Wittgenstein.
The certificate to the attendees will mention ICPR’s institutional sponsorship and the sponsorship of HSS IIT Bombay (Institute’s Eminence Fund).
