A Postgraduate Conference in Philosophy at the University of Sheffield  

Following the success of last year's conference at Sheffield the conference committee is pleased to invite registrations for our second conference on the theme of 'Value'.  

Plenary speakers will be:   

  • Prof. Jessica Brown (title TBA)  
  • Prof. Gregory Currie on cognitive values of literature  
  • Prof. Robert Stern with a defence of Hegelian ethics  

There will be over thirty graduate papers presented throughout the conference, on topics ranging from ethics, aesthetics, the metaphysics of value, political philosophy and more.
