We are excited to announce that the annual graduate conference hosted by Harvard University and MIT Philosophy departments will be held on April 22, 2023. We invite submissions from graduate students in all areas of philosophy.

The deadline for submissions of papers is February 5, 2023.

Guidelines for submissions:

  • To submit, fill out the form at https://tinyurl.com/hmit2023
  • Papers should be no more than 4000 words, with abstracts of no more than 250 words, and must be suitable for a 40-45 minute presentation.
  • Please include 2-5 keywords for your topic.
  • All submissions must be in PDF or Word formats.
  • Papers should be prepared for blind review, with file name: HM2023_*Title*.
  • Submit a separate cover letter in PDF or Word format with the following details: name, paper, title, institutional affiliation, and contact information. Authors must be current graduate students in philosophy.
  • Co-authored papers are permitted if all authors are current graduate students.
  • Successful applicants will be notified by March 15, 2023.
