Details

The proclamation of World Logic Day by UNESCO, in association with the International Council for Philosophy and Human Sciences (CIPSH), intends to bring the intellectual history, conceptual significance and practical implications of logic to the attention of interdisciplinary science communities and the broader public. In this context, our workshop aims to focus on the relation between logic and computation.

We celebrate the world logic day 2023 with a workshop on the philosophy of logic and computing. The workshop will take place online.

Everyone is welcome to join the talks and contribute to the discussions. Please, contact Timm Lampert (timm.lampert) for registration and to receive the Zoom link by January 13th, 2023.

The event will be held virtually and is locally organized by: Claudia Anger (FernUniversität in Hagen), Stefania Centrone (FernUniversität in Hagen), Timm Lampert (HU-Berlin, FernUniversität in Hagen), PD Dr. Jens Lemanski (Universität Münster), Dr. Andrea Reichenberger (Universität Siegen) in cooperation with FILEH “Innovative Teaching in Logic”.
