Call for papers
This call is addressed to graduate students and doctors in philosophy who finished their PhDs during the last 3 years. Submitted papers should address some philosophical issue and be written in English, Catalan or Spanish. There is no restriction regarding topics or areas in philosophy.
Every paper accepted will be presented at the workshop (45 minutes) followed by critical comments (15 minutes) and an open discussion (30 minutes). Those interested can take part in the workshop as speakers and/or as commentators.

Speakers
Every applicant should send an extended abstract of 2000 to 2500 words sketching the claims defended in the paper and the arguments provided in their support to [email protected]>. To ensure blind refereeing, they should send their personal data -full name, e-mail address, title of their contribution, name of the university to which they belong and short CV- in a separate document.
Every paper will be evaluated by two members of the scientific committee, and the final selection will be made by the organizing committee.

Commentators
Those interested in elaborating a comment should send their personal data to [email protected]>, together with a description of the main areas attracting their interest.

Deadlines
Papers can be submitted until the 15th October 2013, and applicants will receive an answer by the 15th November 2013. Final versions should be sent before the 15th December 2013.

Organizers
The XVI TIF is organized by Carlos Muñoz-Suárez, Lucía Prieto and Pilar Terrés, and supported by Logos, with the collaboration of the Facultat de Filosofia of the University of Barcelona. Meals are covered but accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
