Clare Carlisle is Professor of Philosophy at King’s College London. Her most recent books are The Marriage Question: George Eliot’s Double Life, Spinoza’s Religion: A New Reading of the Ethics, and Philosopher of the Heart: The Restless Life of Søren Kierkegaard.

Light refreshments will be available in the foyer at 17:30.
