The Univeristy of Manitoba Philosophy Students Association will be hosting a student conference at the University of Manitoba from August 19-20, 2023. The conference is open to graduate and undergraduate students. The topic of the conference is value theory, generally. The event will take place in-person.

We are pleased to announce that our keynote speaker will be Anthony Skelton of the University of Western Ontario! More details about Dr. Skelton's talk will be made available closer to the conference date. 

We are welcoming abstracts of 500-750 words covering topics in aesthetics, moral theory, meta-ethics, epistemic normativity, feminist theory, and any other topics connected to value theory. Please submit abstracts to [email protected] by 11:59pm CST on July 3 , 2023. We will send out acceptance/rejection notices by July 17, 2023.
