The philoSOPHIA Executive Committee (EC) is delighted to share our 2024 philoSOPHIA Call for Proposals (CFP). This year's conference will be held from March 14-17 as a hybrid event, both virtually and in-person at Mt. Royal University in Calgary (Treaty 7 Territory, Canada), featuring keynotes from Qrescent Mali Mason (Haverford College), Natalie Loveless (University of Alberta), and a special plenary session by sound studies philosopher Robin James.    The theme is "Feminist Making, Doing, and Sensing," and we welcome proposals for participatory workshops and experimental making/doing sessions in addition to papers. We are also in the early stages of reaching out to editors about submitting a collection of papers, arts-based work, and other forms of feminist thinking into a special journal issue or volume.
The deadline for proposals is September 25, 2023. You can see the full CFP and details on how to apply on our website, http://www.philosophiafeministsociety.com/. For any questions or information, contact Ada Jaarsma and the organizing team at [email protected].   Please circulate this CFP widely to all who may be interested!!
