CFP: VII Navarra Workshop on Vagueness

Organised within the frame of the Research Project “Vagueness:
Borderlineness and Tolerance”, funded by Gobierno de España, Ministerio de
Economía y Competitividad (FFI2010-16984).

Structure of the sessions: paper presentation (40 minutes) – commentary
(10-15 minutes) – open discussion (30 minutes). Six papers will be presented
by invited speakers. The remaining two will be submitted papers selected by
blind refereeing.

We welcome papers connected with the main topics of the Project: http://www.unav.es/centro/bordandtol/ but papers on other aspects of vagueness, or the phenomenon of paradoxes, will also be appreciated.

The Project funding will cover accommodation (three nights) + meal expenses
of selected speakers. We cannot guarantee reimbursement of travel expenses
at this moment.

If you are interested, please send a document with title and abstract (300 -
500 words) attached to an e-mail message with the title of your proposal
plus your name and institution. This should be sent to Paloma Perez-Ilzarbe [email protected] by October 3, 2013.

Acceptance of proposals will be notified by October 15, 2013. Full papers
(no more than 4.000 words) should be sent by November 15, 2013. They will be
distributed beforehand among the participants.

Dates to remember

October 15, 2013: notification of acceptance
November 15, 2013: submission of full paper (no more than 4.000 words)
