Topics to be discussed include (but are not limited to): What is the nature of conscious experience? Can artificial minds be phenomenally conscious? What is the nature of understanding? Can artificial minds understand? What is the nature of the grounding relation? Can artificial minds ground meaning relations? What kinds of self knowledge do humans possess?
