Details

This series of Public Lectueres are held in combination with the preceding workshop on experiential reasons. Though no specific topic governs the lecture series, all the talks are unified by a general philosophic interest shared by the speakers. The involved speakers all concern themselves with how the world can have an impact on our thinking such that the rational force of this impact is appriciable by the subject. The answer one gives to this question will inevitably reveberate through one's thinking on a whole variety of issues. Thus even though the public talks span as diverse areas as logic, action, experience, and the metaphysics of continuants; we hope the broader shared philosophical interest will be discernible throughout the series of lectures.

All are invited.
