Details
This online symposium is centred around Professor Sungmoon Kim’s latest book, Confucian Constitutionalism: Dignity, Rights, and Democracy, released last year by Oxford University Press. The book presents a novel normative position that is not only distinguished from Confucian meritocratic constitutionalism but also from two dominant Western constitutional theories—liberal legal constitutionalism and political constitutionalism.
