The annual graduate conference hosted by the philosophy graduate students at Arizona State University (formerly called the "Southwest Graduate Conference".) The aim of the conference is to allow graduate students from across the country to showcase and receive commentary on their work. The conference is divided into sessions lasting approximately one hour. Each session consists of a 25 minute presentation of an accepted paper, followed by a prepared commentary on the paper lasting approximately ten to fifteen minutes, followed by approximately twenty minutes of general discussion. The opening and closing keynote presentations will be given by Shieva Kleinschmidt (USC) and Ángel Pinillos (ASU), respectively.
This is a student event (e.g. a graduate conference).
