On January 31st and February 1st 2025, the Philosophy Department at the University of Texas at Austin will hold its annual AGENT (Austin Graduate Ethics and Normativity Talks) conference. We are pleased to announce that our keynote speakers will be Elinor Mason (UC Santa Barbara) and Niko Kolodny (UC Berkeley).
We invite graduate students to submit papers for presentation in any area of philosophy related to ethics, normativity, and value. This description includes papers engaging with topics in any philosophical subfields related to normativity, such as (but not limited to) philosophy of language, mind, logic, mathematics, epistemology, and metaphysics.
The submission deadline is Sunday, October 6th, 2024.
All papers must be 4,000 words or fewer and prepared for blind review. Please submit all documents (in .pdf, .docx, or .doc) to [email protected]. Use your paper title as the document’s name (e.g., PaperTitle.pdf). And feel free to also include a diversity statement (≤ 100 words) in a separate document.

- Word count (≤ 4000 words)
- Abstract (≤ 300 words)
