CFP: The 51st Annual Hume Society Conference

The Hume Society is pleased to announce the 51st annual conference. We invite papers in all areas of Hume studies, especially submissions on the conference themes:

Hume and the Development of Analytic Philosophy

Hume and Feminism

Hume and the Philosophy of Emotion

Deadline for Submissions: November 15, 2024

Papers should be no more than thirty minutes reading length (4000 words) and should include an abstract (200 words).

Submissions must be prepared for anonymous review (references to self should be in the third person).

Papers and abstracts must be submitted in English.

Papers should not have been published by the date of the conference.

Hume Society Young Scholar Awards are given to qualifying graduate students whose papers are accepted through the standard anonymous review process.
