The Philosophy Club at Michigan State University is pleased to announce that it is now accepting submissions for its Third Annual Undergraduate Philosophy Conference. Featuring a keynote address from Lorraine Code, the conference will take place on April 4th and 5th.
Paper submissions should not exceed 3,000 words. Papers must be prepared for blind review with the author's name, university/college affiliation, contact information (email address, phone number, and/or mailing address), title of paper, abstract (not to exceed 150 words), and word count of the main text included in a separate file. Only papers written by current undergraduates will be considered.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, February 1st. Submissions should be sent as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. The conference selection committee will contact the authors of submitted papers with comments and an acceptance/rejection notification by February 15. All meals will be provided at the conference. MSU Philosophy Club members can provide overnight accommodations, and discount rates may be available at nearby hotels.
This is a student event (e.g. a graduate conference).
