The William & Mary Philosophy Club is pleased to welcome submissions for its 15th annual Undergraduate Philosophy Conference, to be held in Williamsburg, Virginia on the William & Mary campus on Saturday, April 19, 2025.

Joining us as keynote speaker is Professor Vanessa Wills of George Washington University, author of Marx's Ethical Vision (Oxford University Press, 2024). The conference will be followed by a dinner for the speakers.

Submission details:

  • The email address for submissions is [email protected]

  • Topic: Any topic, any philosophical tradition; the organizers especially welcome research on underrepresented topics and themes related to Prof. Wills' work in political philosophy.

  • Length: Roughly 2,000-3,000 words (not including references), accompanied by an abstract of 150-250 words.

  • The following formatting is preferred:

    • Anonymized text, free of identifying information

    • 12-point Times New Roman font, 1-inch margins

    • PDF format


The deadline for submissions is midnight Eastern Time on February 1, 2025. Decisions on papers will be communicated by March 1.
