Workshop: Role-Sensitive Approaches to Political Compromise
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to the workshop “Role-Sensitive Approaches to Political Compromise”, taking place on March 6–7, 2025, at the University of Münster, Germany.
The workshop will explore the different roles involved in political compromises, including primary conflicting parties and third parties, such as mediators and affected groups. It aims to develop role-sensitive perspectives that enable a better understanding of how different roles influence both the process and outcomes of political compromises and what normative issues are at stake when analyzing political compromises. Contributions will provide theoretical and empirical analyses to offer new perspectives on this topic.
