IMPORTANT UPDATE:
It has come to our attention that there was a problem with our email forwarding system, and as a result, conference paper submissions sent to [email protected] were not received.
So, if you submitted a paper for the conference, please resubmit it. The problem has been fixed, so you should be able to send it to [email protected]. (Feel free to CC [email protected] as well, just to be safe.) We will be sure to send you an email confirming our receipt of your submission.
As a result of this problem, we are extending the CFP deadline to February 1, 2025. So, even if you didn't submit a paper earlier, you have a little more time to do that.
We deeply apologize for the error and any inconvenience it caused.

The Ohio Philosophical Association invites paper submissions for its 2025 Annual Meeting to be held on April 5, 2025 at The Ohio State University.
Papers are invited on any topic. Submissions should be less than 4,000 words (not including notes) and be deliverable in 30 minutes. In addition, submissions should be prepared for blind review and should include an abstract of no more than 200 words. Please send an electronic copy (.doc, .docx, or .pdf) of your submission to [email protected] by February 1, 2025.
While all philosophers are invited to submit papers for consideration, submissions by philosophers at Ohio institutions will receive special consideration. We will accept approximately sixteen papers for presentation, and half of those spots will be reserved for philosophers at Ohio institutions.
We will also be hosting an undergraduate section of the conference. If you are an undergraduate student, please indicate that in the email you send when submitting your paper.
Finally, if you are willing to comment on a paper or chair a session, please indicate that when submitting your paper.
