We are excited to announce a workshop focused on equity and inclusion in academia, featuring six distinguished speakers from a range of disciplines. This workshop aims to provide junior scholars with insights into the diverse research opportunities on this subject and to support their professional development through role models and networking opportunities.

- Jasmine R. Marcelin (Infectious Diseases, University of Nebraska Medical Center)
- José Muñoz (Sociology, California State University, San Bernardino)
- Jordan Starck (Psychology, Stanford University)
- Cassidy Sugimoto (Public Policy, Georgia Institute of Technology)
- Cary Wu (Sociology, York University)
Workshop Objectives:
- Showcase a broad range of research on equity and inclusion in academia.
- Provide junior scholars with role models and networking opportunities.
- Foster a supportive community for new researchers in this area.
Eligibility:
- Junior scholars (PhD students or those within 5 years of completing their PhD).

Travel and Lodging: All travel and lodging expenses (including visa costs) will be covered for selected applicants.
