The aim of the Philosophica symposium is to provide a forum for exchange between established and early career researchers across the analytic tradition.

The Institute of Philosophy at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University invites submissions relating to any area of analytic philosophy – including, but not limited to, philosophy of language, philosophy of mind, epistemology, and logic. Submissions from graduate and PhD students are encouraged.

Invited speakers:

  • Joanna Odrowąż-Sypniewska (University of Warsaw)
  • Piotr Kozak (University of Białystok)

Call for abstracts – details:

Submissions should be suitable for 30-minute slots (20 minutes for presenting, 10 minutes for discussion). We invite both presentations in English and Polish, with a preference for the former.

Abstracts should be no more than 300 words (not including references); please also include 4-5 key words.

Deadline for submissions: 01/05/2025

Decisions will be communicated by: 07/05/2025
