We are pleased to announce the 9th Annual Philosophy Graduate Conference, hosted by Binghamton University Department of Philosophy. The conference will be held in person on November 08, 2025 at the Binghamton University Downtown Center. The conference aims to provide a platform for scholars working in the field to present their research and engage in a meaningful dialogue. 

We invite graduate students of all Philosophical traditions to submit abstracts related to the following topics:

  • Social and Political Philosophy

  • Ethics

  • Legal Philosophy

  • Critical Theory

  • Feminist Philosophy

  • Philosophy of Race

Submission Guidelines

Please submit an anonymized abstract of about 500 words in .pdf or .doc format to [email protected], with a view to present for 20 minutes (3,000-5,000 words) followed by a 20-minute combined Q&A. 

In your submission email, please include the following:

  • Name

  • University Affiliation

  • Current level of graduate studies

  • SPEL (Social, Political, Ethical, Legal) themes relevant to your paper

  • Your abstract prepared for anonymous review.
