How do you build meaningful connections—in romance, friendship, or work—without compromising your own values and growth? This event turns to ancient philosophy (from Aristotle to the Stoics) and modern psychology to help you navigate relationships with intention. Learn how to discern who aligns with your values, set boundaries without guilt, and recognize when a relationship has become unhealthy or stagnant. We’ll also cover practical strategies for moving on from breakups, resisting codependency, and cultivating self-worth that doesn’t depend on others’ validation.

Join philosophers, therapists, and authors as they translate these timeless ideas into tools you can use--so you can approach all your relationships with clarity and purpose.

Hosted by Kasey Pierce and Scott Waltman, PsyD, ABPP, authors of the forthcoming The Rescuer Trap. (New Harbinger) Produced by Jeff Bloom
