Artificial Intelligence is currently a very important topic and it is related with logic in many different ways. The aim of this workshop is to explore the relationships between AI and rationality in order to develop a better understanding of the science of reasoning.
Topics may include, but are not restricted to, the following questions:
What is the relationship between intelligence and reasoning?
In what sense is AI intelligent?
In what sense is AI creative?
How can AI increase our understanding?
What is the ontology of AI?
Can ChatGPT perform a proof?
What is the logic of AI? (AI, classical & non-classical logical systems)
What are the limits of AI translability?
When and how did AI start? (Origin and history of AI)
What is the relationship between AI and recursion theory / computability theory ?
In what sense AI can be useful to develop universal logic as a general theory of logical systems?

Duration of contributing talks is 30mn including discussion. There will be a round table at the end of the workshop with the participation of all the speakers.
A selection of full papers related to talks presented at this workshop will be published in a special issue of the journal Logica Universalis .
