Details

The third Philosophy and Artificial Intelligence (PHAI) workshop brings together leading philosophers and AI researchers from Fudan University, the University of Hong Kong, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, and beyond. Over two days of keynotes and talks, participants will explore consciousness, agency, alignment, and moral responsibility in artificial intelligence.

Highlights include discussions on AI consciousness and intersubjectivity, large language model ethics, machine pragmatics of mind, AI-based medical imaging, and the future of human–AI interaction. 

Hosted by Fudan University’s School of Philosophy and the Center for Philosophy and Science of Intelligence (PSI), PHAI3 continues its mission to foster dialogue at the intersection of philosophy, cognitive science, and emerging AI technologies.
