Frege and Beyond

The year 2025 marks one hundred years since the death of Gottlob Frege, one of the founding figures of modern logic and analytic philosophy. Frege’s pioneering work on logic, language, and the philosophy of mathematics continues to shape philosophical and formal inquiry across disciplines. Yet his influence extends far beyond his original system, inspiring ongoing debates about meaning, reference, truth, abstraction, inference, and the nature of logical form. This workshop, held as part of Unilog 2025, aims to commemorate Frege’s enduring legacy while exploring new directions inspired by his thought.
