The aim of this 1.5-day workshop is to explore the core themes of Chirs Tucker’s recent book ‘The Weight of Reasons: A Framework for Ethics’ (2025, OUP), as well as their intersection with formal approaches to weighing reasons and normative reasoning.

The workshop will feature talks by Singa Behrens, Benjamin Kiesewetter, Aleks Knoks, David Streit, Liuwen Yu, and Christ Tucker.

Participants from outside the University of Luxembourg are very welcome to attend and take part in discussions and other activities. Registration is free but required. To register, send an email to [email protected] by October 31.
