We are excited to announce that the annual graduate conference hosted by the Harvard University and MIT Philosophy Departments will be held on April 4, 2026. We invite submissions from graduate students in all areas of philosophy.
Submission details:
- The deadline for submissions of papers is December 20, 2025
- To submit please fill out the form at: https://forms.gle/HxWSrMfiJ3zQRf7D7
- Papers should be no more than 4000 words, with abstracts of no more than 250 words, and must be suitable for a 30-minute presentation.
- Please include 2-5 keywords for your topic.
- All submissions must be in PDF format.
- Papers should be prepared for blind review, with file name: HM2026_*Title*
- Submit a separate cover letter in PDF format with the following details: name, paper title, institutional affiliation, and contact information.
- Co-authoring is allowed, but all authors must be current graduate students in philosophy.
- Successful applicants will be notified by February 28, 2026.
Conference details:
- The keynote speaker will be Ray Briggs, Professor of Philosophy (University of Chicago).
- The conference will be hosted at the Ray and Maria Stata Center at MIT.
- We are pleased to provide accommodation and travel stipends to conference speakers.
