Details

Speakers include Catherine Pakaluk (Catholic University of America), Luigino Bruni (LUMSA), William Desmond (KU Leuven), Rocco Buttiglione (PASS),  Bart Koet (Tilburg University), Guido Hülsmann (Université d’Angers), Mark Hoipkemier (University of Notre Dame) and Michaël Bauwens (University of Antwerp).

Mary was intimately positioned in the overlapping hearts of both the divine economy and of a very concrete human economy/household – the holy family in Nazareth. What can we learn about the nature of the common good, capital, work, profit, etc. by looking at how she related to the supreme goodness she brought to fruition – by taking Mary as a locus philosophicus?
